Question 1

What is a salon AI agent?

Accepted Answer

A salon AI agent is an AI assistant for salons that talks to clients on WhatsApp the way your front desk would. Agrim answers questions about services, prices and timings, hands out offers, and books the appointment at the right branch, 24×7 and in 44+ languages.

Question 2

Do my clients need to download an app?

Accepted Answer

No. A QR code or an ad opens WhatsApp, which they already use. There is no app and no form to fill.

Question 3

Can it take appointments for specific services and branches?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Agrim works as a salon appointment booking agent: clients choose the service, branch, day and time in the chat, and the booking is tagged to that branch for its team to confirm.

Question 4

How do referral vouchers work?

Accepted Answer

A client scans a QR at reception and gets a voucher to forward to friends. When a friend redeems it, Agrim links that new client to the one who referred them, so you can reward both.

Question 5

We have several branches. Does that work?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Clients pick their nearest branch and every lead or booking is tagged to it. Kimera runs it across seven salons on one WhatsApp number.

Question 6

What makes the best AI automation for a salon?

Accepted Answer

Look for salon booking AI that works on WhatsApp, where your clients already are; books real appointments rather than just collecting enquiries; handles multiple branches; and tracks which QR or ad each client came from. Agrim does all four, and is live with Kimera Salon & Spa across seven salons.

Question 7

What does it cost?

Accepted Answer

Plans start at ₹999 a month, priced on AI-answered queries. Broadcasts are unlimited on every plan, and Meta’s WhatsApp charges are passed through at actuals with zero markup. Every plan has a 7-day free trial.

Question 8

How long does it take to go live?

Accepted Answer

Typically within 24 hours. No flows to build, no training, no dev work for the basics.
